Responsibilities
Elicit and translate business goals into functional, non-functional and transition requirements
Plan and manage business analysis activities, information management and stakeholder communication for multi-stream projects
Create stakeholder engagement strategies to keep business partners actively involved throughout the delivery process
Align technical solutions with overarching business objectives and manage the product backlog
Establish requirements documentation frameworks and trace changes to maintain project scope control
Lead the business analysis team and mentor junior analysts within the organization
Facilitate discovery phases and advise on requirements prioritization across all project levels
Requirements
Business analysis experience (preferably in the retail domain)
Expertise in API and integration projects
Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe) or classic frameworks
Experience modeling processes and creating diagrams using UML or BPMN
Ability to accurately estimate business analysis efforts, manage scope creep and mitigate project risks
Advanced knowledge of requirements management tools like Jira, Targetprocess or Rally
Nice to have
Experience in the fashion and luxury goods industry
