Our client is an international protective wear brand, and they sell their products globally.
Role Overview You will report directly to the Executive Director.
Your job is to develop commercial development strategy, work on your own with supplier quotes and product innovation ideas, and act as the main link between China factories, Hong Kong office and headquarter.
Main Responsibilities Manage the complete business process: identify suppliers, check costs, and negotiate prices to achieve business sales goal.
Negotiate smart deals with suppliers to get the best terms and prices.
Work closely with teams in Hong Kong (product team) and Headquarter quality team and give useful feedback to vendors.
Build and improve the list of suppliers in China and South Asia for profitability and business growth.
Follow company rules on ethics, social responsibility, and supplier audits.
Handle supplier quotes (RFPs) and new product projects independently and recommend the best suppliers.
Requirements At least 7 years of strong experience in business management experience.
Good with ERP systems, Share Point, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
Speak and write fluent English and Mandarin.
Able to travel occasionally in China and South Asia.
