Responsibilities
Acquire New Business: Identify, prospect, and secure new sales opportunities within grocery chains, convenience stores, club stores, foodservice operators (restaurants, cafeterias), and broadline distributors.
Manage Key Accounts: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, negotiating pricing, promotional calendars, and annual contracts.
Distributor Management: Work closely with distributor networks (e.g., Sysco, US Foods, UNFI, Ke He) to ensure inventory levels are maintained, new items are “slotted in,” and sell‑through velocity is achieved.
Merchandising Compliance: Ensure product placement meets frozen food standards. Conduct store walks to verify planogram compliance, proper rotation (FIFO), and display execution.
Promotion Plan Coordination: Responsible for coordinating and executing promotion plan with aim at maximizing sales for assigned key account to achieve business objectives.
Customer Relationship Development: Develop and maintain good customer relationship to ensure the smooth execution of the sales plan.
Ad‑hoc Duties: Perform ad‑hoc duties as required to business needs.
Requirements
2 years or above experience in FMCG / frozen food industry / buying / retail would be an advantage.
Good communication skill, pleasant, well‑organized, self‑motivated and outgoing characters.
Able to manage ad hoc duties with good adaptability.
Immediate available is highly preferred.
