About the Role
We are hiring a Manager/Senior Manager for the Fiduciary Business Development (“FIDBD”) Department. The candidate will leverage contacts within their network to achieve revenue targets, generate new business opportunities, and pitch within the Greater China market.
Who You'll Be Working With
You will report to the Business Development Director as part of the BD team.
What You'll Be Doing

Generating new business and promoting the full range of services offered by Harneys Fiduciary.
Managing a pipeline of clients in asset management, banking, investment funds, securities, private wealth, legal, and corporate services sectors.
Assisting senior team members in pitching offshore investment fund and trust formation, offshore structuring, IPO, and M&A deals through meetings and seminars.
Overseeing the preparation of documents and client communication related to deal structuring.
Drafting proposals and engagement letters, managing the sales process to secure mandates.
Developing growth strategies in Beijing, Hong Kong, or Shanghai and on-the-ground business development plans.
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to support business development initiatives.
Performing other duties such as event organization, marketing, key client initiatives, and compliance projects.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years in client-facing/business development roles within the corporate services industry.
Excellent communication skills in Putonghua and English.
Proven success in business development with lawyers, bankers, asset managers, and corporate service providers.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and focused on objectives.
Highly organized with strong multitasking skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Understanding of AML and compliance regulations is required.
