We have the world-leading Saa S technology. We are looking for a high‑calibre Business Development and Key Account Manager to lead complex retail digital solutions, support strategic customers, and drive long‑term value through end‑to‑end solution design.
THE JOB
Demonstrate the business benefits and value proposition of RTA omni-channel retail solutions.
Identify customer business pain points and articulate how RTA solutions can help resolve those challenges.
Collaborate with different teams to deliver desired results to clients.
Develop new business sales opportunities in new accounts.
Manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
Maintain excellent relationships with key accounts.
Consult clients on their business operations or requirements based on knowledge of the RTA product portfolio and industry trends.
Work closely with the implementation team and product team on the implementation plan for the project.
THE PERSON
Experience in business development on ERP solutions to retail customers
Experience with Cloud applications
Management of large and complex sales cycles
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with client director/manager level
Experience in expanding business to the international market
Bachelor’s Degree or higher
Minimum of 10 years of working experience in business development or sales
Great knowledge on ERP systems
Good understanding of Software/Systems/Database architecture
Ability to successfully close new business
Business prospecting and presentation skills
