Position Overview
This role will focus on international client acquisition, strategic partnerships, commercial negotiation, project execution, and global market expansion. The position is ideal for candidates from IBD, VC, PE, consulting, or finance / investment-related backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into a high-impact commercial role within the AI sector. The team is open to candidates without traditional sales experience, as they highly value the long-term potential of investment and consulting professionals — including strong project management capability, fast learning ability, commercial sensitivity, structured problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive complex initiatives from strategy to execution.
Candidates should also have strong curiosity and hands‑on exposure to AI products, with experience using different AI models and tools. Prior experience building AI agents, designing LLM workflows, experimenting with prompt engineering, or creating lightweight AI‑powered prototypes would be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across international markets
Build and manage relationships with global clients, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders
Develop and execute sales and market expansion strategies tailored to different regions
Lead end‑to‑end business negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial execution
Oversee project implementation and coordinate cross‑functional resources to ensure successful delivery
Conduct market and industry analysis to identify growth opportunities and product enhancement ideas
Work closely with product, strategy, and international teams to accelerate business growth and revenue generation
Understand client needs around AI / AGI adoption and help translate them into practical commercial and product opportunities

Requirements
3–10 years of experience from IBD, VC, PE, consulting, finance / investment‑related roles, or high‑growth technology companies
Hands‑on experience using various AI models, LLM tools, or AI‑native products
Prior experience building AI agents, designing LLM workflows, prompt engineering, or creating AI‑powered prototypes is highly preferred
Strong commercial judgment, strategic thinking, and client‑facing capability
Excellent project management and cross‑functional coordination skills
Strong learning ability and genuine interest in AI / AGI, internet, media, entertainment, or global technology trends
Fluent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus
Highly self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
Prior BD, sales, strategic partnership, or overseas market expansion experience is a plus but not mandatory
