Identify business opportunities. Motivate team and drive growth. Job Description Our client is an established consumer product retail company with over a decade of presence in Hong Kong. They are expanding their retail initiatives and looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager to identify business opportunities, motivate the team, and help our client achieve their potential.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage sales strategies to drive retail performance. Strategize and execute retail campaigns like pop-up stores and road shows to increase brand awareness. Work together with Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Operations team to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.Motivate sales team via KPI assessment and coaching.P&L ownership and annual budgeting.Develop and maintain partnership with various stakeholders and distributors.Perform sales analysis and forecasts. Identify and propose new business opportunities for additional revenue stream.Requirements:At least 8 years of experience in retail at managerial capacity, and track record of strong business development.Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.Strong business acumen and analytical mindset.Knowledge in budgeting, and P&L.Public speaking, presentation, and motivational skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and able to interact with stakeholders at all levels in a professional manner.Capable of addressing challenges and offer solutions with flexibility and an open mind.Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese) required.Please email your cv directly in word format with job reference no.
