Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed new business growth targets for the firm's general insurance property and casualty products Identify and qualify new prospective corporate and commercial clients aligned with the firm's target market and growth objectives Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers at target client organizations Effectively present and pitch the firm's value proposition, products, and services to secure new business Work collaboratively with the underwriting, product, and client service teams to provide a superior client experience Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs to identify new business opportunities Maintain detailed records and reporting on sales pipeline, new business wins, and growth metrics Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand the firm's market reach Required Qualifications: 5+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles within the insurance industry Strong understanding of general insurance property and casualty products and the commercial/corporate insurance market Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
