Business Development Manager (Smart Building / Energy Saving) (HK$30 K – &45 K) (Ref. No.: 25317)Our client, a Multinational Company, is looking for a high-caliber person to fill the position. Job Duties Drive market expansion and customer adoptions through direct sales and channel partnership. Understand market requirements and trends, and work closely with the product team to guide the direction of product sourcing and development. Manage sales pipeline and customer/partner engagement, and log all data in the CRM system. Develop a strategic plan to grow the business in assigned key segments. Job Requirements A recognized university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines. At least 6 years of relevant working experience in smart building/smart office projects. Industry networks with developers, main contractors, E&M contractors, consultants, and system integrators in HK. Good presentation skills and excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English. Independent and self-motivated; results and data-driven, creative, and a good team player. Less experience will be considered for the Business Development Executive position.
