The Job
Identify, develop, and drive new business opportunities in Japan (require frequent travel to Japan)
Plan and participate in business development and marketing activities in Japan and HK, such as trade shows in Tokyo and client visits across different regions in Japan.
Manage and grow key accounts by analyzing customer needs, identifying upselling / cross‑selling opportunities, and maximizing account value
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, new segments, and growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction, brand positioning, and long‑term partnerships
Track performance of business development and marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
The Person
Degree holder in Language, Business, Science, or a related discipline, with strong commercial and business awareness
Competent in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N2 or above), English, and Mandarin to effectively manage and grow multinational client accounts
Fresh graduates with strong sales drive and commercial ambition are welcome.
Interest and experience in identifying customer needs, promote solutions, or customer-facing roles.
Confident communicator with a proactive, results‑driven, and customer‑centric mindset
