Oversee the design of Smart TV App and PC Website development and the revamp of related mobile apps. Excellent understanding of current TV broadcasting industry, trends, business value chain, competitive landscape and in the move to IP and the Vo D/OTT sector. Work experience from reputable global companies providing Vo D/OTT services is an asset. Collaborate with creative/marketing for branding and outreach, launching the service, liaising and negotiations with various business partners for payment gateway and subscription offers. Develop platform metrics, financial and pricing analyses of territory specific offerings, subscribers and viewership metrics. Build future projections based on current and forecasted viewership patterns. Must be able to successfully manage and execute multiple projects across many territories at once. Merge viewing data with revenue generated by each package offering to develop a viewership vs. monetization framework. Strong quantitative skills and financial proficiency including the ability to model and perform correlation analysis an asset. Exceptional relationship skills with the ability to discover the true requirements and underlying feature requests, recommend alternative approaches, and lead efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions. Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and external organizations. Ability to establish and execute business strategy. Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior executives. Job Requirements The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of experience with extensive knowledge of technical roll out and implementation of a Vo D/OTT service, from development to integration in OTT/SVOD/AVOD or related businesses. The position will report directly to the COO/CEO. Bachelor's degree required, and MBA strongly preferred. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Excel and graphing and the ability to handle large data sets; Strong Power Point presentation skills. Excellent proficiency in English and overseas work experience on a relevant capacity is a plus.
