Actively contribute to NDR arrangements and deal flows;Drive distribution efforts for ECM transactions, with a focus on distribution of IPOs, follow-on offerings;Develop and maintain long term relationships with key institutional accounts to support transaction success and ongoing investor engagement; Manage full syndication cycle, from origination to distribution; Work closely with ECM team members and IBD Coverage bankers Job Specification: Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or equivalent disciplines; At least 5-7 years' relevant sales and marketing experience; Holder of Representative Licenses under SFC regulated activities for Type 1; Possess client base both regionally and internationally; Equipped with sound investment and financial market knowledge of local and overseas markets; Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
