We are looking for Captain based at The Aberdeen Marina Club As an Captain, we rely on you to: Monitor and ensure smooth operation of the all-day dining Restaurant and support the events (e.g.
wedding, meeting)Supervise the team and in-charge of restaurant operations during the absence of the Supervisor To handle and take appropriate action concerning any guest complaints Ensure hygiene, cleanliness and is responsible for the maintenance of the restaurant to the highest standard Ensure that service / items are prepared according to Club standards Ensure that all materials, equipment and machinery are properly used and regularly cleaned Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned We Are Looking For Someone Who Has Holder of Degree/Diploma in Food & Beverage/ Hospitality Management Minimum 3 years' experience in Food & Beverage industry Strong managerial abilities in people management, strategic planning and decision making Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent command of English & Cantonese.
