We are seeking a high-caliber procurement professional to join our team as a Category Manager, supporting global sourcing initiatives across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects (RFI/RFQ/RFP) in accordance with internal governance requirements.
Manage procurement categories including Professional Services, Information Technology, and General Administration across Asia, the Americas, and Europe.
Execute sourcing strategies in alignment with company procurement policies and compliance standards.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, resolve conflicts, and drive optimal sourcing outcomes.
Collaborate with global teams to deliver cost savings and enhance procurement efficiency.
Work closely with the Center of Excellence (Co E) team to assess and mitigate supplier risks prior to contract award.
Liaise with legal counsel to ensure timely contract review and approval.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant experience, preferably from financial institutions or multinational environments.
Proven experience in strategic sourcing and procurement processes (RFI/RFQ/RFP).
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across functions and regions.
Familiarity with procurement governance, compliance, and contract management.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
