CEO Office / Strategic Investments (IBD FIG background)A leading foreign global insurance and asset management group is recruiting for the following positions (2 head counts).
Requirements: We are seeking professionals from top-tier foreign investment banks with substantial experience in the Financial Institutions Group (FIG).
The ideal candidate will be well-versed in executing complex financial transactions—including M&A, restructuring, and IPOs—and eager to apply their expertise to strategic decision-making and value creation on the buy-side.
Qualifications: Experience: 3–8 years of experience in the Investment Banking Division of a renowned foreign investment bank, must be a core member of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG).
Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of the FIG sector and proven experience in transaction execution (IPOs, M&A, capital raising transactions, etc.).
Level: Corresponding to Associate to Vice President level within the investment banking hierarchy.
Competencies: Exceptional financial analytical skills, rigorous logical thinking, and outstanding communication and project management abilities.
Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-demand CEO Office environment.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree from a leading university in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Language: Native in Mandarin& fluency in both English.
