Responsibilities
Manage channel sales operations in designated regions of the United States, including negotiations with wholesalers and retailers, to achieve sales targets.
Develop regional channel sales strategies and plans; integrate channel resources, organize and execute relevant channel activities, and support project teams in meeting sales goals.
Oversee customer relationship management, channel management policies, and sales data analysis; participate in client meetings and visits, conduct retail store visits, maintain retail client relationships, and regularly collect and report market intelligence, product information, and store insights.
Execute brand marketing activities and promotional plans to enhance brand market share and drive sales volume (SO) growth.
Establish and manage retail store operations, including product displays and brand image maintenance, monitor store performance, and collect store sales data.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above; strong English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing as a working language; a US visa is preferred.
Open to fresh graduates; 1–3 years of sales experience preferred; background in FMCG sales is an advantage.
Understanding of overseas sales processes with a strong interest in brand channel sales.
Proven ability to independently develop new markets and acquire new clients, along with strong customer relationship management skills.
Strong planning, execution, and time management abilities; capable of working under pressure with a goal-oriented and results-driven mindset.
Able to accommodate time zone differences and travel on short-term business trips to Shenzhen and the USA (5 months per year in the USA).
