Job Summary
Responsible for the food production and daily operations of the Banquet Kitchen
Ensure quality of the food items are maintained to the highest standards and compliance of food safety and hygiene standards at all time
Monitor stock of kitchen supplies and food and maintain kitchen logs for food safety program and food products
Job Requirements
Diploma in culinary related disciplines or equivalent vocational training certificate
3-5 years of culinary experience and preferrably in hotels
Well-versed in kitchen hygiene, be innovative and service-oriented
Team player with good communication skills
