This senior executive will be the scientific cornerstone of our company, responsible for guiding the long-term AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) research direction, driving foundational innovations, and establishing our firm as a global thought leader in the artificial intelligence space.

Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Vision: Develop and articulate the company's long-term AI research vision and strategy in alignment with overarching business goals.
Serve as the company's scientific visionary, identifying and pioneering new frontiers in artificial intelligence to ensure a competitive edge.
Research & Development Direction: Lead and direct the company's AI research and development agenda, from fundamental research to the creation of novel algorithms and technologies.
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and scientific rigor across the research and engineering teams.
Team Leadership & Mentorship: Build, mentor, and lead a world-class team of AI researchers, data scientists, and machine learning engineers.
Guide the professional growth of team members and cultivate an environment of continuous learning and intellectual curiosity.
Executive Collaboration: Act as the primary scientific advisor to the executive team and board of directors, translating complex technical concepts into strategic business implications.
Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure the research roadmap aligns with product development and market opportunities.
Thought Leadership & External Representation: Represent the company's scientific interests at top-tier academic conferences, industry events, and through high-impact publications.
Build and maintain strong relationships with academic institutions, research organizations, and key influencers within the global AI community.
Intellectual Property: Drive the development of proprietary AI technologies and oversee the company's intellectual property strategy, including patents and publications.
Requirements: Ph.
D.
in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field is strongly preferred.
A minimum of 10+ years of experience in the AI field, with a significant portion in a senior leadership or principal researcher role.
Recognized thought leader in the AI community, demonstrated by a strong record of publications in top-tier journals and conferences (e.g., Neur IPS, ICML, ICLR), patents, and invited talks.
Deep theoretical and practical expertise in a wide range of deep learning techniques, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), transformers, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Strategic mastery of MLOps, Reinforcement Learning (especially PPO), and a profound understanding of emerging challenges such as LLM security.
Extensive experience guiding research teams that utilize frameworks such as Python, Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Keras, CUDA, and/or other relevant AI frameworks.
Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing research teams in a fast-paced, innovative environment, ideally with experience in a start-up.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling scientific vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
