Job Responsibilities: Manage and lead day-to-day operations of the stewarding department Responsible for maintaining the sanitation and organization in all food production areas In charge of the managing linens, Chinaware, silverware and glassware Oversee the following areas to achieve operation efficiency included cleaning and storage of kitchen equipment, receiving and storage of kitchen equipment, cleaning of maintenance of all food production areas etc Assist the Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef in the development and implementation of training plans, training material for employees of the Stewarding Department and other Food & Beverage department, in accordance with Hotel guidelines and policy Ensure compliance with Hotel's Risk Management Policy and hotel's Environmental Policy Job Requirements:2 years or above in related experience in stewarding operation or an equivalent combination of education and experience Diploma or Vocational certificate in Culinary Skills or related field Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the company Able to read, write and speak basic English and Mandarin Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities are used often Will be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays In return, we'll give you a generous financial and benefits package including healthcare support, dining privileges, hotel discount worldwide and the chance to work with a great team of people.
