About The Role
As a project manager, you will manage and drive different projects and initiatives aligning with company strategic goals, department objectives, and KPIs.
You will champion the transformation and modernization of customer journeys and work processes to provide best-in-class service through redesigning customer journeys and optimizing work efficiency with innovation, technology, and re-engineering, aligning with strategic priorities and operational needs.
Roles And Responsibilities
Project Management
Manage, maintain, and drive project plans, roadmaps, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic planning and goals, achieving results and KPIs.
Lead and keep team leads and stakeholders updated with project status, progress, and milestones.
Ensure timely follow-ups with relevant counterparts to address business and operational challenges; identify and escalate potential issues or risks, supporting with actionable solutions and plans.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Transformation
Collaborate across departments to develop, steer, and implement projects/initiatives for journey-redesign, system modernization, and work re-engineering to meet company vision, department objectives, KPIs, and operational needs.
Formulate initiatives and define user requirements to lay down the framework and details to realize the transformed journey and process with improved experience and efficiency.
Coordinate/conduct UAT, if necessary, to ensure the delivery of the intended design and experience.
Coordinate with relevant parties for deployment.
Design, roll out, and host workshops/training sessions for relevant users on the transformed journey/process.
Foster a culture of transformation and continuous improvement; cultivate cross-team support and collaboration.
Job Requirements
University degree
5-8 years related experience in project management, transformation, or equivalent education and experience
Strong customer-centric mindset with experience in customer journey and work process design
Proficiency in MS Office suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English and Chinese, knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage.
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
Self-motivated, organized, able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude towards challenges and working under pressure
Exceptional organizational skills for prioritizing and managing multiple tasks
Others
Relevant licenses may be required if involved in regulated activities
