Your new role Reviewing and processing claims to ensure accuracy, compliance, and service benchmarks.
Handling escalated and in-hospital claims beyond standard authority levels.
Managing customer enquiries and complaints, providing professional advice and reassurance.
Collaborating with internal teams (Contact Center, Network Management, IT) to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Ensuring claims practices meet regulatory requirements, company policies, and data privacy standards.
What you'll need to succeed University/College graduate with relevant insurance or claims experience.
Hands-on knowledge of claims operations (medical or employee benefits preferred).
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point; familiarity with UAT or system testing is an advantage.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
