We are seeking a Club Concierge based at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong. Key Responsibilities: Provide personalised guest services, secretarial, concierge, and food & beverage services Perform check-ins and check-outs Manage mail, information, airline reservations, and confirmations Supervise and assist in training Club Ambassadors Candidate Requirements: Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or related field At least 3 years of experience in Service Industry, preferably Front Office or Airline operations Self-motivated and well-organized Ability to work independently Excellent command of spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua Less experienced candidates may be considered for the Club Ambassador role All applicant information will be kept confidential and used solely for recruitment purposes.
