Direct message the job poster from L'OCCITANE Group (B Corp)The Role: The B2 B & SPA Commercial Executive works closely with the APAC Hospitality and Spa team, covering B2 B (Business to Business) in HK/Macau and Spa projects in the APAC region. The key focus is to support sales operation, stock management, reporting & business analysis, and new project preparation. The role will be an integral part of the APAC Hospitality and Spa team, working closely with local teams and representatives. This permanent position is based in Hong Kong and reports to the Assistant Spa Business Development Manager. What you will do: B2 BHandle new business inquiries from hotels and corporate clients on amenities: Prepare quotation and pricing negotiation, samples, contracts, and new accounts set up Managing existing accounts: Process purchase orders, coordinate delivery with clients and the logistics department Coordinate invoices and payments with the finance department Support client’s enquiries related to assortment, pricing, invoicing, shipment info etc. Negotiate updated pricing per client annually if necessary Forecasting, budgeting and reporting: Assist the commercial team on annual sales budgets and re-forecasts Prepare monthly sales reports and consolidate numbers from APAC corporate deals Coordinate with demand planning team on forecasts based on historical orders and client updates, and monitor excess & obsolete stock with action plans Marketing support: Prepare new product launches for the HK/Macau market Local adaptation of communication tools and product presentation based on client needs Conduct competitor study across the hotel amenities market (pricing, trends)SPASupport business development team, hotel spa partners, and local markets for new Spa openings and existing accounts Consolidate hotel spa sales data, prepare invoices and follow-up on payments Conduct competitor price studies to assist partners on price positioning Support the business team by sharing brand guidelines, consolidating marketing materials and communication solutions for partners Consolidate merchandising guidelines and prepare materials with local markets Assist hotel partners on spa operational issues such as product assortments & inventory, orders & shipment, collaterals etc. Marketing support Consolidate marketing materials, gather and bring marketing best practices for the local marketing team and hotel partners Coordinate with Central team, local markets and hotel partners on publishing press release & online communications Consolidate recaps of marketing activities and PR activations on results and feedback Conduct market studies quarterly to anticipate hospitality and wellness market evolution and share with business development team & central team What we are looking for: Bachelor degree, preferably in marketing or business management3+ year experience in sales admin and project management role in cosmetic industry, spa brand and hospitality would be a plus Experience in B2 B environments, ideally with knowledge in wellness sector Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English, any additional language is a plus Proficiency in written Chinese and English Proficiency in all Office tools (Excel, Power Point). Good knowledge of Adobe CS is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player with entrepreneur spirit with growth mindset. Comfortable supporting commercial team working across expanding regions and new markets, managing different expectations and personalities from different stakeholders.
