The firm requires someone with at least six years of good quality commercial disputes experience (preferably including some insolvency disputes) from either an offshore firm or a well-regarded onshore firm.Applicants can be either currently in Hong Kong or seeking a move to the jurisdiction, but should be qualified in either England & Wales, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia or New Zealand.Chinese languages are not a necessity for this role, but candidates should be outgoing and comfortable with business development and should be capable of supervising junior members of the team.
