About Our Client The organization is an international branch of a large European corporate investment bank, licensed with the SFC and HKMA, with a significant presence in Hong Kong and Asia. Key Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and standards. Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. Conduct internal reviews to identify risks and implement corrective actions. Provide compliance training to staff and management. Prepare compliance reports for management and regulators. Advise on compliance implications of new products and services. Manage relationships with regulators and handle inquiries and inspections. Participate in risk and control committees. Candidate Profile A successful candidate should have: A degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.4-5 years of compliance experience with an HKMA-regulated entity. Proven experience in financial services compliance roles. Deep knowledge of financial regulations and standards. Strong analytical and communication skills.
