I am working with a top-tier international law firm that is seeking to hire a Listing Rules Compliance Associate to join their corporate team in Hong Kong. You will work closely with a small group of experienced lawyers focusing on Listing Rules and ongoing compliance matters for listed companies. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned IPO lawyer who enjoys advising on post-listing and corporate governance issues but is looking for a more balanced schedule. The role offers hours similar to in-house positions, while retaining the benefits and career progression of a fee-earner role. The successful candidate will have between 4–8 years of post-qualification experience, ideally with exposure to IPOs, and listed company advisory matters, gained from a leading international or reputable local law firm. Experience advising a diversified client base will be advantageous. Tri-lingual abilities in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin are preferred, and a strong command of English is essential for this role.
