Job Description: Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (CCO) while collaborating with a compliance colleague. Oversee regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations. Key responsibilities include AML/KYC, regulatory compliance advisory, compliance monitoring, and compliance reviews. Participate in compliance project initiatives as needed. Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures. Conduct compliance training sessions for staff to ensure they understand and follow regulations. Monitor and analyze regulatory changes, advising on their impact on the firm's operations. Requirements: Degree from a well-regarded university2+ years of compliance experience from an international Investment Manager. We can hire candidates up to Director level experience.
