Compliance – Senior Associate (Asia Pacific)
Join a leading global private markets firm supporting Asia Pacific operations. This is a hands‑on role with exposure across multiple jurisdictions, regulatory filings, and investor‑facing compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and enhance the APAC compliance program, policies, and manuals
Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers on regulatory filings and compliance requests
Assist with fund registrations, KYC/AML, and limited partner onboarding
Support corporate governance, compliance training, and operational monitoring
Help prepare board meetings and other ad hoc compliance projects
Who We’re Looking For:
5+ years in compliance, legal, or fund operations, preferably multi‑jurisdictional
Familiarity with AML/KYC, regulatory filings, and corporate governance
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
