About the Role: We are seeking experienced, dynamic, and engaging Corporate Trainers in Artificial Intelligence to lead AI literacy and skill development initiatives across business units. This role is key to driving a culture of innovation, digital fluency, and continuous learning. You will come from different backgrounds and will help transform our clients’ AI skills to make them more competitive in today’s dynamic AI-driven business world. We need people who are passionate about teaching/training and can bring excitement to the learning experience. As a trainer, you will be conducting lessons online to our clients. Our learners are mostly business professionals and executives. On any given day, you may have a CEO, senior manager of a top company, scientist, doctors, lawyers, or other professionals from highly-specialized fields as your learners. Responsibilities Facilitate interactive workshops, webinars, and hands-on sessions covering topics Deliver live video training sessions to 1 learner or to a group per session; Write lesson reports to the learner groups to document what was covered in each session Champion AI adoption change management by guiding teams through mindset shifts and responsible usage. Qualifications Minimum Bachelor’s Degree is required At least 3 years of Corporate Experience or L&D, with at least 1 year Adult Teaching Experience, in IT.
