Job Description THE COMPANY: US multinational company Packaging and garment trims supplier & solution provider Garment trims & paper packaging products: woven label, paper tag, printed label, etc. Main clients: US and European markets for global apparel brands THE ROLE: Lead a sales team on daily operations in sales and customer service functions. Supervise and coordinate activities of team members involved in customer service. Report and communicate program progress to the team manager. Perform sales analysis and forecast monthly/quarterly sales performance for key accounts. Assist and guide the team in resolving challenging client requests or issues. Manage project development to meet quality and timeline expectations. Collaborate with other departments to enhance work process efficiency. Monitor team performance to ensure deadlines and customer expectations are met. Support team training and development activities. Qualifications: University Degree preferred.5+ years of experience in the garment trims or printing/packaging industries. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
