Currently, we seek a sales-driven, dedicated, and proactive candidate for the Researcher / Associate Consultant position, focusing on fast-paced and challenging recruitment desks. Our Contracting team in Hong Kong is the largest and fastest-growing, and we are expanding further. We are looking for ambitious consultants to join our team in either sales or delivery roles, aligned with the Hays international contraction model. Your objective is to manage a comprehensive recruitment process aimed at maximizing individual fees in sales or execution/delivery roles. Sales Role Responsibilities: Develop a clear sales plan to identify key clients and lead business development with new and existing clients Secure job opportunities in collaboration with the contracting delivery team Build and grow a long-term portfolio of contracting clients Delivery Role Responsibilities: Develop a network of contracting candidates using various attraction strategies Interview and qualify candidates, working closely with your team to execute recruitment processes Manage clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process Qualifications: A sales-driven and commercial mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment Fluent English communication skills Passion for meeting new people and developing relationships Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Benefits: Gain experience in a leading market, with opportunities for rapid career growth in an energetic environment.
