Our client, a global vendor, is looking for an experienced tender subject matter expert (SME) to manage the tendering processes for their Customer’s ICT tenders. This will include, but not be limited to, the tender write-up, tender briefing, tender queries (TQ), tender evaluation, tender clarification (TC), and presentation to the tender approval panel (TAP) and senior management. Job Duties Preparation of ICT Network/System technical submissions for pre-tender qualification and tender preparation. Prepare and review tender documents and summarize critical information, including but not limited to technical specifications with the technical team, screening and evaluation criteria, marking schemes, and other submissions. Compile and prepare tender queries, tender clarifications, tender addendums, and responses to tender queries. Prepare and monitor tender progress. Coordinate with the tender team, ICT consultants, main contractor agencies, and authorities to obtain necessary information to facilitate tender submission. Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting minutes during tender stages and lead the tender evaluation. Prepare and carry out tender presentations, including but not limited to tender briefings and evaluation presentations to TAP and senior management. Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms. Monitor the market for upcoming tenders and obtain information. Job Requirements Possesses at least 8 years of project tendering experience in large-scale network/system infrastructure. Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques as well as a dexterity in “reading” the market. Experience in collecting and analyzing tenderer’s response data. Confident individual with excellent interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of ICT market suppliers or third-party hardware/software.
