Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of market update, pitch books, presentations, and marketing materials for clients.
Conduct market research and analysis on debt instruments, issuers, and investor trends.
Support transaction execution, including documentation review, pricing analysis, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor primary and secondary debt markets to provide timely updates to the team.
Maintain databases and prepare regular market updates for internal and client use.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Arrange investor roadshow and meetings logistics Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.1–2 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or related financial services preferred (internship experience considered).
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and Power Point.
Knowledge of debt products (bonds, loans, structured products) and financial markets.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English and Mandarin; Cantonese is an advantage.
