Skills and Competencies2-3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or legal (paralegal) preferred Relevant experience in either operations or paralegal, preferably within finance or sales industries. Experience preparing contracts is helpful Excellent English and Japanese verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines Education Bachelor’s degree Responsibilities: New and renewal contract management and administration (preparation, execution, and record retention)Review contracts, validate CRM data, and ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices. Provide administrative support for a group of Operations Analysts, including processing sales orders, managing subsequent changes/adjustments, and reporting on product usage and contract signature/stamping. Process sales orders for a dedicated team of Operations Analysts, managing subsequent changes or adjustments requested while ensuring compliance with SOX controls. Manage fulfillment for web-based products, ensuring compliance with license parameters and providing high-level customer support to confirm access or resolve basic access issues. Provide Operations Analysts and/or Sales team members with user lists, usage analysis, account information, monitor trials, and provide other reports as needed. Resolve internal and external client issues or inquiries related to invoicing, collections, permissioning, sales credit, and recognition. Utilize CRM (Salesforce.com) to maintain accurate client and transaction data, driving data accuracy and integrity. Work on initiatives focused on improving data quality and driving greater efficiency, transparency, or accuracy as assigned by the manager. Maintain accurate data in the database throughout the sales cycle, ensuring consistency and accuracy in managing trials, clients, and prospects. Maintain a high level of customer care through successful follow-up with invoice changes/problems, permissioning problems, product queries, and maintenance of contact details. Provide ad-hoc administrative or contract support as requested. About the team As part of the Global Sales Operations team within Moody’s Analytics, you will be responsible for providing sales support and contract administration to a dedicated team of sales professionals in the maintenance of existing accounts and new clients, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and protocol. The ideal candidate has some prior experience in operations or paralegal. Successful OAs are detail-oriented and outgoing, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate exceptional organizational, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
