About The Role
To maximize debt recovery through inhouse collection actions
Well prepare and handling litigation matters in Small Claims Tribunal
Closely follow up administrative works regarding debt collection agencies
Properly conduct Inhouse collection actions according to the guideline
Roles And Responsibilities
Make dunning calls to debtors
Respond to enquiries from former agents via phone or email
Prepare demand notices for debtors
Manage litigation matters handled by the Small Claims Tribunal
Assign cases to debt collection agencies
Handle administrative tasks related to debt collection agencies
Assist the team in driving automation initiatives
Minimum Job Requirements
Secondary education or above with minimum 3-5 year’s relevant experience
Good telephone manner, mature and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good PC skills
