If you have passion, drive and the will to succeed, rise to the challenge today!This position within Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management is primarily responsible for providing account services support in the areas of account documentation review (such as onboarding, maintenance and periodic review). Key stakeholders will include Front Office, Compliance and Change Management Teams. Main Duties Responsible for all document review of account opening, periodic review and static update documentations to ensure completeness including supporting KYC/CRS/FATCA and Constitutional documents for new and existing accounts. Ensure documentations submitted by Front Office are processed accurately and timely to ensure compliance with Bank’s policies and procedures. Liaise and provide advice to Front Office in matters related to account opening, periodic review and static update to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and BOS guidelines. Update data from source documents into the Bank’s Client Onboarding System. Monitor and follow up closely on outstanding documentation to ensure account opening and periodic review documentations are submitted accurately and timely. Possess end user computing skills (VBA / Python / Power BI) to streamline existing manual processes and reporting. Develop and maintain VBA macros for data extraction and manipulation. Participate in any system enhancement UAT, ad hoc tasks and prepare MIS report. Assist Head of Department on CAS Tasks that may be assigned from time to time. Working Experience and Requirements At least 3 years of experience, preferably in private banking account services area. Meticulous, detail-oriented and ability to handle complexity. Ability to work effectively as part of the team. Maintain a positive working relationship with personnel of other sections and divisions of the bank. Practical experience in data analysis and reporting, e.g., to extract, clean, and manipulate data from various sources with VBA/Power BI/Python/SQL. Strong logical thinking ability, problem solving ability and data sensitivity, able to extract information for analysis and reporting. Ability to work independently with minimal direction. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Relevant qualification in CAMS, AAMLP Core Level will be an advantage.
