Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries via phone Investigate and resolve customer complaints Coordinate with departments to address customer requests Perform administrative duties Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties as required Requirements Degree or above At least 2 years' experience in customer service Independent and able to work under pressure Willing to work at outdoor sites Immediate availability preferred Comprehensive on-job training will be provided.
