At 10 Life, customer service is more than answering questions — it’s about making insurance simple and stress-free. You’ll be the first point of contact for our users and partners, helping them use our platform, understand their insurance, and get things done smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Reply to customer enquiries via phone, email and Whats App
Help customers with insurance applications, policy changes, renewals, and basic claims support
Keep clear records of all cases in our system
Follow up on pending issues and make sure nothing gets stuck
Handle feedback and complaints calmly and professionally
Spot problems in our process and suggest better ways to do things
Support new feature launches and platform updates when needed
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or above, with 2+ years of insurance-related experience
Good knowledge of Generali Insurance Products (Especially in Travel, Home & Motor)
IIQE Paper I & II required
Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
Organized, detail-minded, and able to juggle multiple tasks
Comfortable with digital tools and systems
Fluent in Cantonese , and able to work in English & Putonghua
