We are lookingfora Customer Services & Sales Admin , who is highly self‑motivated to cope with our diverse business expansion.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle daily customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism.
Follow up on order status and ensure smooth communication with customers.
Provide administrative support to Corporate Brand Manager.
Process sales orders and ensure timely delivery by coordinating with customers and internal departments.
Organize and maintain sales data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for customer quotations, invoices & internal departments.
Serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries.
Monitor sales performance and assist in the preparation of sales forecasts and budgets.
Ad‑hoc assignment is required.
1 year or above of experience in customer service.
Proficient in Excel; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is an advantage.
Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
A passion for flowers or floristry is a plus.
