Hong Kong What You Will Do: Provide comprehensive support for daily operations and customer services. Work in a shift-based schedule to ensure consistent service coverage and operational continuity.5 day schedule from Thursday to Monday including the weekends. Handle customer enquiries from various communication channels, with professionalism and empathy in all interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents. What We Are Looking For: Experience in a customer care/support or sales role within a B2 B environment or working within fintech, software, or payments industries is preferred. Candidates with less experience are also welcome. Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese). A proactive and customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively and consultatively across multiple internal departments as a customer advocate.
