Customer Services / Corporate Services Officer (ESOP)Handle and follow up clients’ enquiries, liaise with external parties and internal staff based on the feedbacks gather from clients. Handle ESOP project processing and provide suggestions for clients in a professional manner. Providing reports and managing documents. Knowledge on KYC and AML procedures. Perform data entry and validation checking. Review duties to ensure timely completion and accuracy of daily operation. Design and implement operational procedures complied with internal guidelines and relevant regulatory requirements. Handle Ad-hoc tasks as required. Requirement Degree holder or above in Business Administration or equivalent or related discipline.2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Holder of SFC RA1 is preferred. Responsible, patient, customer-focused and good communication skills. Well-organized, detail-minded, result-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks environment. Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team. Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing.
