Responsibilities: Lead and work with the IT team on data discovery, data acquisition/integration/enrichment from a wide spectrum of data sources. Data modeling for data lake, data warehouse & data marts. Data visualization, data governance as well as new technology adoption. Work with the IT team to meet fast-growing business needs; plan resources and prioritize with business stakeholders in a time-sensitive environment with competing deadlines. Improve and strengthen data governance, especially on data privacy protection and security measures. Work closely with source system owners on data discovery, data glossary, data acquisition, ingestion, and enrichment. Build enterprise data models for enterprise data lake, data warehouse, and data marts. Collaborate with downstream system owners on data integration. Work with business units on data visualization: KPI/metric reporting, business intelligence for enterprise performance analysis. Collaborate with the technical architecture team to identify, evaluate, and adopt new data management technologies (RDBMS, Hadoop, No SQL, data integration, visualization) to keep up with evolving business needs. Job Requirements: University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related disciplines.10+ years of experience in data warehouse & analytics domain, with 5+ years in a leadership role in Big Data projects. Strong business acumen and fast learner of new business. Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication and presentation skills. Solid technical experience in data lake, data warehouse and data mart design, batch/real-time data integration (ETL/ELT), data visualization, and data analytics. Deep understanding of data security and compliance. Solid knowledge of data management technologies including RDBMS, No SQL, and Hadoop ecosystem. Experience with data integration coding and tools (Informatica, Info Sphere, Talend, etc.). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik Sense, Tableau, Power BI, Jasper, Pentaho, etc.). Solid experience in marketing campaign systems and digital marketing techniques. Additional Requirements: Minimum 5 years of working experience in Data Management. Solid experience in Data Management or Data Engineering. Passionate about data management, data analysis, and business intelligence. Strong team player with a can-do attitude.3 to 5 years of solid experience in ETL development and orchestration for building large-scale analytical data pipelines.3 to 5 years of development experience using Power BI Desktop as well as row-level security/workspace management using Power BI service. Solid experience in database solution development using MS SQL and Oracle, including stored procedures. Development experience in Data Warehouse or Business Intelligence tools. Experience in Database and Windows Server Clustering and Performance Tuning is a plus. Good command of Cantonese and English.
