Operationalize data governance practices particularly in Collibra Develop metrics and reports / dashboards to measure key performance indicators such as data quality, accuracy, completeness Establish standards and governance for data management, including security , privacy, compliance, and ethics.
Drive the usage of BI & Analytics tools Requirements Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in data governance and data management, preferably in banking or FS companies Hands-on experience with data governance tools, particularly in Collibra , as well as automation tools (e.g., Alteryx)Hands-on experience in Power BI & Tableau Expertise in regulatory requirements for banks, including regulatory reporting and BCBS 239 Relevant certification in data governance (CDMP, Collibra) is a plus Fluency in Cantonese/Mandarin, and English (written and verbal).
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.
