Your new role Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and architectures to support analytics and business intelligence.
Oversee data integration from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Implement best practices for data governance, security, and compliance.
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Optimise data workflows and introduce automation to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in data engineering and cloud platforms.
What You'll Need to Succeed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in data engineering Strong expertise in SQL, Python, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Proven track record in building and managing large-scale data pipelines and ETL processes.
Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
