Leverage internal and external resources to provide comprehensive solutions fulfilling customer requirements. Drive commercial and technical negotiations with stakeholders for RFP document preparation. Maintain high-level service and ensure efficient resolution of day-to-day issues like faults, tickets, and product problems, with solid improvement plans. Manage the entire lifecycle of Key Accounts by delivering professional, one-stop services and driving global business growth. Prepare business reports and market analysis for senior management; perform ad hoc duties as required. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree or higher in IT & Telecom or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Presale, Product and Business Development, or Solution Design (Network) within the telecom industry or SI companies. Strong knowledge of selling telecom products (e.g., MPLS, IP Transit, VPN, Data Centre) and ICT solutions; experience in AI or digitalization is a plus. Result-oriented with strong customer enquiry handling and issue resolution skills. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Proficient in MS Office, Power Point, Chinese word processing, and Adobe. Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
