**Job Description**:
Act as a single point of contact as well as credible partner and trusted advisor for stakeholders or service units, to ensure that HR policies and procedures help the organization reach its strategic goals and long-term objectives
Play an active role in partnering with other HRBPs to guide the business through the annual processes of HR lifecycle including salary review, promotion, performance review, etc.
Collaborate with other HR team members on implementing innovative and inclusive human resources strategies and providing full spectrum of HR partnership
Design and implement an impactful employee experience journey including but not limited to on-boarding and off-boarding processes
Build, promote and enable an inspiring, supportive, fair and inclusive work culture and practices that uphold the organization's brand
Provide guidance on the creation and implementation of HR processes and policies
Identify and drive HR best practices across business with continuous improvement
Prepare the monthly report such as headcount report and turnover analysis; use data and insights from various sources to provide ideas and suggestions to achieve business objective.
Other ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned by reporting supervisor
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related field
At least 5 years in Human Resources functions in which 3 years in supervisory level
Hands on experience in HRIS system management and administration
Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations, Hong Kong taxation ordinances and other related legislations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and detail-minded, open-minded, customer orientated
Proficiency in both Chinese and English language with good writing skills
