Responsibilities: Assist supervisors to apply operational risk management tools to help identifying, assessing, monitoring and controlling operation risk.
Conduct reviews to identify possible operational risk, provide recommendations to address the control weakness and monitor the implementation progress of the remedial actions.
Supervise subordinates to ensure working effectively.
For example: Assist supervisors to ensure subordinates work effectively.
Assist supervisors to formulate and publish operational procedures which are applicable to the work plans and work plans according to the development based on the Bank's strategy; Conduct periodic reviews to identify possible operational risk, provide recommendations to address the control weakness and monitor the implementation progress of the remedial actions.
Conduct periodic reviews to assure service commitments can be made; Assure frontline staff's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
; Based on the Bank's development strategy or business change (including requests from regulatory authorities, strategic change from industrial peers and the needs of continual improvement), coordinating and managing operational procedures which suit the department; With implementation of the Bank's strategies and planning, provide feedbacks of relevant information to line reporting manager; Design proposals for enhancing overall operation efficiencies based on the division's function.
Provide business support and guidance to different units / institutions (including local, Southeast Asian and overseas) of the Group, in accordance with the strategies of the Group and business development needs (if applicable).
Supervise subordinates to assure frontline staffs' ethical behaviors and compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
Also, supervise subordinates to assure frontline staff are equipped with sufficient and relevant training on products and compliance.
Requirements: Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines Minimum 3 years' relevant experience on retail banking business with at least 1 year managerial experience.
Good command of both spoken and written Chinese (including Putonghua) and English Proficient in MS Office applications
