On-going monitoring of service quality and system stability of launched products and services. Keep track of the performance and evaluate the effectiveness of new products/services through post-implementation reviews. Monitor and proactively manage fraud detection capabilities to reduce fraud and understand the effectiveness of existing measures. Management of third-party partners and solutions. Budget management. Define and develop improvement opportunities across end-to-end customer experience, digitally native capabilities, and digital penetration in Digital Platform. Assist in the guideline and documents write-up to ensure the user experience and interface of new/enhanced products/services are consistent and intuitive. Research new technologies and services, assess competitors and new entrants, and review regulations for Digital requirements.
