While following the development requirements of Chinese enterprises, it also merges the best in overseas technologies with the Chinese market, providing diversified financial services for Chinese clients involved in overseas investment.Job Responsibilities:Responsible for managing new and existing product and fund development and implementation;Cooperate with investment, sales, other internal and external parties to investigate the product structure and feasibility of development;Cooperate with internal and external parties (e.g. lawyer, service providers and etc.) to formulate and complete relevant product and fund documentation materials, and evaluate and determine appropriate service providers for products;Familiar with regulations of Hong Kong and other product and fund domiciles;Responsible for creation of product and fund operational procedures and maintain the relationship with clients and investors;Coordinate with clients, custodians, Transfer Agents and other internal departments (e.g. Compliance) for client onboarding and KYC due diligence;Responsible for fund and product related tasks such as development, termination, agreements and quotation negotiations;Provide relevant and appropriate information of product and fund to clients and partners and participate due diligence processing for potential clients.Job Requirements:Master's degree holder or above;At least 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in asset management company;Qualified holder of SFC Responsible Officer for Type 1, 4 and 9; Familiar with financial markets and asset management business; Strong capabilities of planning, coordination and team management; Strong capabilities of collaboration and resource integration; Familiar with asset management product design, product contracts and operations;Preferably CPA qualification or law background; Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks;Good communication skills (Cantonese, English and Mandarin) with fair knowledge in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Interested parties please send a detailed resume, stating current and expected salary to Human Resources Department.
