MAIN DUTIESSupervises Sales Executive to achieve company objectives Review and monitor sales performance in progress for achieving planned sales target Identifies all relevant trends and implications within the market.
Develop strategies and tactics for running the business.
Provide data based rational to support forecast and control the expense Seeks continually to identify new customer needs and build a business relationship with key internal and external key players Delivers sustained competitive advantages at merchandising Assist in handling customer complaints Design and compiles relevant sales report Performs other ad-hoc duties as assigned REQUIREMENTSAt least 3 years of relevant sales experience in fast moving consumer products field, with at least 2 years at supervisory level.
